Terry Abrams Berger
 Terry Berger is a native Floridian who was born and raised in North Miami Beach. She has great compassion for seniors, and chose to build a law firm that was centered around South Florida’s senior population. She takes great pride in her dedication to the needs of the elderly and their families. For those families who live far away, Terry is the attorney they count on to take care of their loved ones in Florida.
Terry gives her time freely, speaking to community groups on age-related issues. She feels it is important to educate as many people as possible about the challenges that face our seniors as they grow older, so that they may be better equipped to handle those challenges – including the challenge of getting the best care possible as soon as it is needed, at an affordable price.
Terry graduated magna cum laude from Nova Law School in 1994. Prior to attending law school, she received her Bachelors degree in Business (with honors) from Nova University, while working full time and, along with her husband, raising preschool-age twins.
Terry concentrates her practice in the areas of probate and trust administration, guardianship and estate planning. She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar, the Academy of Florida Elder Law Attorneys, Wealth Counsel, and the Miami-Dade and Broward County Bar Associations. She is also the Co-Chair of the Coalition to Prevent Elder Abuse, Neglect, and Exploitation
for Dade and Monroe Counties.
